Well, it's been a while since I was around, so I thought I'd get back online for a couple of week again and see what everyone's up to ... I doubt anyone will read this, but either way I thought I ought to mention that I was back for a bit at least.

Unfortunately, studying Japanese at uni and having a somewhat active social life has killed all of my spare time, leaving nothing for places like DA and photography any more ... I just happened to run across a link to a friend's account earlier and it reminded me of the site, drawing me inexorably back into the grip of this wonderful site, if only for a while ...

For anyone who DOES read this, of the various ideas I may have mentioned in the past, a number of them I've actually managed to complete since I was last on DA back in something like February or March. I just don't have to time to tweak and upload anything sadly ^^.

I have a completed collection of before/after shots of various things that have changed wildly yet no one seems to notice, and a stack of contrast cityscape-wildlife shots from Japan (some of the weirdest being from small parks in the Tokyo metropolis area).

Taking a break from that line of conversation, I just read a number of my old journal posts and can't believe I wrote some of them (#__#) ... I feel like I was a little kid when I wrote those entries so long ago ...

Ah well, I'm gonna wander back to my own little world in my head for a bit now and hope no one I know reads this ^^.
